Training is the primary strategic element of WERENT’s company development policy, which is systematically implemented using continuously evolving training methods and tools, aimed at improving its effectiveness. WERENT has set up a team of in-house instructors, both for the ongoing training needs of our company employees and to be able to offer personalized training courses for the personnel of other, external companies. .
The instructors handle all the training of employees, aimed at helping them achieve the necessary qualifications to drive the various types of construction equipment (mobile cranes, forklifts, AWPs, etc.) and the company’s vast 30fleet of vehicles, which allows trainees to perform all the practical exercises as required by Legislative Decree 81/2008 with the support of professional, experienced instructors.
The Company also organises training courses on: Health & Safety in road construction sites; Exceptional transport and Safety cars; Lifting techniques and Anchorage techniques.
The training courses are held at our offices in Martina Franca, Taranto, Bari, Marghera and Ravenna.
